The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers to TripAdvisorin a period of 12 months. To do this, businesses must maintain a minimum general score of four points out of five, have a minimum number of opinions and a customer profile. TripAdvisor whose age is at least 12 months.
